Tervetuloa OSJYn vuosikokoukseen Valveelle (neuvotteluhuone, 3. kerros) perjantaina 23.2. klo 17! Vuosikokouksessa muistellaan edellistä vuotta ja valitaan yhdistykselle uusi hallitus vuodelle 2024.
Haluatko liittyä mukaan hallitukseen suunnittelemaan tulevaa vuotta? Aiempaa kokemusta ei tarvita, sillä hallitustyöskentelyssä tärkeintä on avoin mieli, into oppia uutta sekä halu olla aktiivisesti mukana yhdistyksen toiminnassa. Mitään ei myöskään tarvitse tehdä yksin, vaan sinulla on koko hallituksen porukka tukenasi.
Voit liittyä hallitukseen vuosikokouksessa tai lähettää meille viestiä asiasta. Jos sinua siis kiinnostaa osallistuminen yhdistyksemme toimintaan ihan uudella tavalla muiden Japani-henkisten ihmisten kanssa, tule rohkeasti mukaan!
Welcome to OSJY’s annual general meeting at Valve (meeting room on 3rd floor) on Friday 23.2. at 5 pm! In this meeting, we will look back on our activities from last year and choose a new board for the year 2024.
Would you like to join our board and plan events for the upcoming year? Previous experience is not necessary, as the most important qualities for a board member are an open mind, a passion for learning new things, and the desire to be an involved and active member of our organization. You also won’t have to do anything alone, since you’ll always have the support of everyone else on the board.
To join the board, all you have to do is show up to the annual general meeting and tell us you want to join, or send us a message about it. If you’re interested in participating in our activities in a whole new way with like-minded people interested in Japanese culture, come join the board!
